Gate Installations

DSC_0936_edited_edited_edited.png

At Guardian Gates we design and automate a system to fully suit your requirements.

If you can visualise your dream gates we can bring that to life, which will not only enhance your property but add  value to your property.

Pictured is a typical sliding gate.

This particular gate is 3.4 m long by 2m high made from iroko wood (west african wood renowned for its durability and lack of expansion and contraction) and steel framework. The colour is anthracite grey.

As well as manufacturing the gate we made two pedestrian gates to match.

Before

Pictured below are the gates in the process of manufacture and final finishing applying the final three coats of protective oil to the natural iroko grain and after installation.

After

On these  particular gates we made bespoke new surrounds for the letter box, installed a new electro release lock and hydraulic gate closer for the pedestrian gates and fitted a new FAAC motor with safety edges and safety photocells.

We design and manufacture all of our metal/iron gates by hand.

If you are looking for aluminium gates these are pre-made with a wide variety of designs that can imitate the look of wood or have a more contemporary look.

These can be manufactured to any RAL colour .

The process after making the metal gates is to then sandblast the bare metal, zinc primer and powdercoat the gates/railings to your desired RAL colour.

Iron gates by nature can be moulded to suit your imagination.

If you have a specific design we can bring this to life.

The design process:

As with anything in life there is a beginning and an end.

Initially we will discuss your specific requirements to build a picture of the system that best suits your needs, dreams and budget.

You will need to start thinking about:

  • The material you would like the gate to be made from - wood/iron/aluminium

  • The type of automation you would want - under ground motors, swing arm motors etc.

  • What type of lighting you would like - LED, motion sensor etc.

  • The style of Pillars/Posts

We can help with all of this as we have over 20 years installation and design expertise.
